At Nursery Hill, our Physical Education curriculum is designed to promote both physical and mental well-being while encouraging students to develop competitive skills in a variety of sports and activities. We aim to inspire students to take an active role in their health and fitness, fostering a love for physical activity that extends beyond the classroom. Through our program, we provide opportunities for students to enhance their physical abilities, develop teamwork and leadership skills, and build resilience in both individual and team sports. By focusing on fitness, competition, and overall well-being, we help students develop the habits and mindset needed to lead a healthy, active life.

  • Encourage Teamwork and Leadership: Provide opportunities for students to work collaboratively, developing communication, leadership, and teamwork skills in both competitive and cooperative settings.
  • Promote Lifelong Physical Activity: Inspire students to value and continue physical activity throughout their lives, fostering an ongoing commitment to health and fitness.
  • Foster Confidence and Resilience: Help students develop a positive attitude toward overcoming challenges and building self-confidence, both in individual pursuits and team environments.
